"Disease specific probe is a kind of molecular diagnostic reagent. Specific genes related to specific diseases are labeled with green or orange fluorescence and hybridized with corresponding gene loci. By observing the fluorescent signal points and identify the status of the signal points,the results can provide the basis for the diagnosis, medication guidance and tumor prognosis.
In different tumors, specific genes may have abnormalities, including gene breakage, gene amplification, gene deletion and so on. DNA probes can detect these abnormalities through labeled fluorescent signal points.
There are two kinds of disease-specific probes: monochrome and bicolor. Our FISH probes are more time-saving, specific and anti quenching.
